ID or Keyword Search

Instructions:

Choose "Sequence ID" or "Functional Annotation".

For Sequence ID, enter the gi, accession, GSS or PUT ID and click "Search". Any record (public or PlantGDB-specific) currently stored at PlantGDB can be retrieved by this method.

For Functional Annotation ( e.g. keyword search ), enter a word or phrase and click "Search" to get a list of sequence records that contain the word(s). For example, a search for myb will retrieve a list of various PUT assembly containing a match to the myb keyword based on BLAST homology to UniProt.

Try a slightly complex sequence ID search example or an example annotation search

Note: you can use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard in your search but understand that this will greatly increase search time. We search millions of records each time!
