Genome BrowsersFor plant species with on-going genome sequencing projects, PlantGDB provides genome browsers to display current gene structure annotations and transcript evidence from spliced alignments of EST and cDNA sequences. The browsers also link community annotation tools to contribute refined or novel annotations.
