Barley1 GeneChip Probe Match

This specialized PlantGDB probe matching server allows you to query your sequence against Barley1 GeneChip Probe Sequences. Use this tool to match your sequence(s) against Barley1 GeneChip probes by the VMATCH technology. The result will tell you if there is a match and where the match occurs.
