PLEXdb Probe Match

This specialized PlantGDB probe matching server allows you to query your sequence against PLEXdb Probe Sequences. Use this tool to match your sequence(s) against the probe sequences by the Vmatch technology. The result will tell you if there is a match and where the match occurs. Upload your query sequence file or paste your query sequence into the large text field. Press the "Search" button to perform a search against all probe sequences.
