See the "listing of parameter values" sidebar for a description of values for any CGI parameters found in these examples. Required parameters are shown in yellow. Optional parameters are shown in grey.

Linking to Genomic Context Regions

This URI directs to the genome context region containing the sequence or annotation identified in the required id parameter. The optional dbid parameter allows for the creation of URIs directed to previous (alternative) genome assembly versions.

On the record page, you will find useful information and links relevant to this data object as well as the output of various pre-run utilities (such as the GeneSeqer spliced alignment of an expressed sequence data object with the genome) The optional dbid parameter allows for the creation of URIs directed to archival records from previous genome assembly versions.
